The 2019-20 season is still a few months away, but Penn State’s full schedule is out.
The Nittany Lions will once again begin play with an international exhibition, taking on Ottawa for the second time in three years.
They will officially open the the regular season on October 11 with a series against Sacred Heart, in what begins a nine-game homestand to begin the year.
Following that series, Penn State hosts Alaska-Fairbanks, which makes its first trip to Penn State, for two games, then hosts in-state foe Robert Morris for one game.
The Nittany Lions kick-off Big Ten play on November 1 with a two-game series against Wisconsin, then a two-game series with Michigan State the following week to close the homestand.
Penn State hits the road for the first time on November 15 for a series with Minnesota, and then a series at home against Ohio State.
After the series against the Buckeyes, the Nittany Lions won't play a game at Pegula Ice Arena until 2020 after road games against Merrimack and UMass Lowell and two road B1G series, one against Michigan and another against Notre Dame.
Penn State's 2019-20 regular season will close in late February with a home series against Minnesota.
