For over 133 years, The Daily Collegian has served the Penn State and State College communities as the top source of news.
Our student journalists are hard at work every day to produce content about campus, borough, sports and lifestyle-related topics happening here and now.
We write articles, take photos, and create videos, podcasts and graphics — and edit all that content to ensure we are telling the entire story completely and accurately.
Like millions of organizations across the country, the Collegian has been impacted by the coronavirus. We’re doing our best to keep up with everything going on, but our jobs have become more challenging amid a global pandemic.
During these difficult times, any support we receive is much appreciated. If you’re interested in supporting the Collegian, consider giving here.
All donations will support the Collegian and its student journalists. Current donations will go toward camera equipment, computer equipment and student grants.
Participants light candles during the vigil held outside the State College Presbyterian Church on Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021 in State College, Pa. The vigil was held following the recent posting of white supremacy stickers around State College as an expression that Centre County is no place for hate.
