"What they serve to do is give recognition that you're anti-war," Rebecca Seidel, (freshman-liberal arts), a member of The Streets Project, a group protesting the war, said.

Jesse Clark, a Penn State student from Port Matilda, was arrested in his dorm room Tuesday on chargespossession of drugs and paraphernalia.

A small amount of marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and gamma-butyrolactone, commonly known as GBL, was found.

When ingested, GBL metabolizes into GHB (gamma hydrobutyric acid), a controlled and sometimes fatal drug.
