The NCAA, in a continuing lawsuit with the Paterno Estate, has requested sales records among a list of documentation requests from the Duquesne Brewing Company, makers of Paterno Legacy series beer.

The NCAA is requesting all documents and communication records concerning Paterno Legacy, including documentation of sales records, projected sales, its can design and agreements made between the brewing company, the Paterno family and Blue Line 409, a consultant partnered with Duquesne Brewing, according to court documents.

The NCAA intends to subpoena Duquesne Brewing Company for the documents if it doesn’t produce them within 20 days from today, according to documents.

Paterno Legacy first hit the shelves in mid-August, and owner Mark Dudash said the company produced over 3,000 barrels of the brew before the first football game on Sept. 5 against Temple in Philadelphia.
