How has Penn State Campus Recreation dealt with the spring’s remote instruction period?

Penn State Campus Recreation staff members have continued to offer fitness courses through the remote period of the spring 2021 semester.

The courses have mainly been offered through Zoom and Instagram Live during the remote period.

Types of courses offered include yoga, pilates, 'Power Remix,' among others.

Some in-person courses by Campus Recreation are expected to return with the start of student in-person classes on Feb. 15.
