Why We Think it Works: Heather recognizes that layering is a helpful strategy in dressing for the recently brisker temperatures. Still warm enough to show some leg, she pairs American Eagle plaid shorts, but with a black Michael Stars long-sleeved t-shirt over top a white undershirt and black Urban Outfitters flats.
