In the stands at Steuber Rugby Stadium, a portion of Stanford's marching band had set up and made their presence known through the first half of the national championship match. After the Lady Ruggers broke a 7-7 tie and continued to add on to their lead, the band fell silent, replaced only cheering of the Penn State as the team captured the national title in a 46-7 rout.
