CERT Coordination Center
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) established a Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) in 1988 to address computer security concerns of research users of the Internet. The Coordination Center for the CERT is located at the Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh. This site is the premier source for vallid warnings.
