Team of the week:
Penn State: After an ugly showing on Friday night in a 3-1 over Iowa, the Nittany Lions turned things around on Saturday and got a much needed win over No. 1 Nebraska. Micha Hancock set the tone for the night with four service aces in a row early in the first set and the Deja McClendon rose to the occasion with 18 kills against the Cornhuskers. Penn State now sits tied for second in the conference standings with Illinois after the Fighting Illini were swept by Minnesota on Saturday. Both teams are one back in the win column behind Nebraska which has to deal with the recent arrest of its starting setter, Lauren Cook.
