Nittany Lions remain No. 2 in AVCA Poll

After going 3-0 over the weekend without dropping a set in Pittsburgh, Penn State women's volleyball team remains second in this week's AVCA Division 1 coaches poll. California is ranked first for the second week in a row and received 48 first-place votes. Penn State garnered 8 first-place votes, and Stanford, Illinois, Washington and UCLA each got one first-place vote.

This coming weekend, the Nittany Lions will travel to Palo Alto, Calif. for the Nike Big Four Volleyball Classic. They will be facing some tough competition as they will play No. 3 Stanford on Friday and either No. 7 Florida or No. 10 Texas on Saturday.

There are also 7 Big Ten Teams in this weeks top 25.
