The Los Angeles Times is reporting that USC safety Kevin Ellison, who has not practiced since the Trojans' win over UCLA with a knee injury, will not play in Thursday's Rose Bowl.
There is no word on how serious his injury at this point.
Ellison has played in eight games this season, and has registered 47 tackles. The senior is also tied for second on the team with seven pass breakups.
