The Collegian has learned that Austin Scott has signed a free agent contract with the Cleveland Browns.
The Browns' Jamal Lewis rushed for 1,304 yards last season, but after that the cupboard's pretty bare. So if Scott can return to on-field form, he could make some impressions and find himself a roster spot.
