Keith Urban, on-screen and off

I shot photographs of the Keith Urban concert on Saturday night at the BJC. The photographers were required to stand all the way back by the soundboard. The runway ended where we were allowed to shoot the first two songs. I had to shoot with a 200 mm lens, which really wasn't bad in this situation. However, I would have had a lot of difficulty getting good shots if Urban didn't have a gigantic screen behind him during the performance. Luckily, I was able to get some really great shots of him because the screen added a lot of interest. This photo was of Urban's entrance onto the stage at the very beginning of his concert. The silhouette of him looked really awesome against the reddish starburst-like screen. I would've liked the photo to run in color in the paper, but it still gave the same effect.
