What started as a calm gathering of 3,500 students and community members turned into a crowd of student mosh pits, crowd surfing and fist pumps.
A crescent moon sports stubble and an earring smokes a pipe in the sky. On the opposite wall, a giant squid rests dangerously close to a baby. Nearby, a mythical creature with two heads and cheese on its tail resides next to a lonely eyeball.
As Minus the Bear rocked the State Theatre, 130 W. College Ave., Wednesday night, it had only one complaint -- the seats.
