W. volleyball defeats Stanford for title
For the third straight year, the Penn State women's volleyball team huddled together following the national title match in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Women's volleyball faces UCLA tonight
Amanda Rome's high-octane emotions might never have been more obvious than they were last night against Minnesota. The animated Rome led the Lady Lions to a 3-0 (15-9, 15-9, 17-15) win in Rec Hall during NCAA Central Regional competition.

Bremner paces Lions with solid play in wins
The sound resonated through the rafters of Rec Hall. It was the sound of a high-velocity volleyball pounding against the hands of Bonnie Bremner, all the way back to the far right-hand corner of the court, then softly thudding in bounds for the point.
