Austin Scott Case Coverage
Former football player Austin Scott was charged with rape, sexual assault and two counts of aggravated indecent assault in October 2007 following an alleged incident in a Nittany Apartments residence.
The Centre County District Attorney's office withdrew all charges on April 18, 2008, after the state Superior Court ruled that prior allegations of rape by Scott's accuser would be admissible in court.
