Nine people were charged last week with possessing and distributing drugs after an investigation by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and the Centre County Drug Task Force, according to a press release by the State College Police Department.

On Friday, about 30 agents and officers started the operation to arrest the individuals, according to the release.

Moorer is charged with 22 counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, one count of conspiracy, one count of criminal use of a communication facility, 13 counts of prohibited possession of firearms and eight counts of receiving stolen property, according to court documents.

The second highest number of charges was filed against Timothy Wilson, 43, of State College. He is also charged with one count of criminal use of a communication facility, one count of conspiracy and one count of selling a noncontrolled substance represented to be a controlled substance, according to court documents.

He is also charged with a count of conspiracy and a count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.

Four other individuals were charged with one to six counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, one count of criminal use of a communication facility and one count of conspiracy: Valerie Albro, 44, of State College; Colleen Berrigan, 40, of State College; Nicholas Girton, 28, of State College; Amanda Horner, 29, of State College; and Tiffany Malloy, 21, of New York City.

One individual involved, Kendra Spring, 46, of Pleasant Gap, was not charged with possession or manufacturing charges, but is charged with one count of conspiracy and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.

Malloy is the only case that is listed as “inactive,” and a preliminary hearing has not been set, according to court documents.

All of the other individuals are listed as “active,” and their preliminary hearings are set for 8:30 a.m. on March 13 at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte, according to court documents.

State College Police Department Lt. Mark Argiro said he was unaware if the State College Police Department had any involvement in the investigation.
