Nine people have been charged with possessing and distributing drugs after an investigation by the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General's Bureau of Narcotics Investigation and the Centre County Drug Task Force, according to a press release by the State College Police Department.
About 30 agents and officers started the operation at 6:30 this morning to arrest the individuals, according to the release.
Elijah Moorer Jr., 33, of Pleasant Gap, faces the most charges of the nine individuals involved in the case. Moorer is charged with 22 counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver. He is also charged with one count of conspiracy, one count of criminal use of a communication facility, 13 counts of prohibited possession of firearms and eight counts of receiving stolen property.
Robert Albro Jr., 48, of State College, is charged with 13 counts of of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, according to court documents. He is also charged with a count of conspiracy and a count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.
Valerie Albro, 44, of State College, is charged with one count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, one count of criminal use of a communication facility and one count of conspiracy, according to court documents.
Timothy Wilson, 43, of State College, is charged with 14 counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, according to court documents. He is also charged with one count of criminal use of a communication facility, one count of conspiracy and one count of selling a noncontrolled substance represented to be a controlled substance, according to court documents.
Colleen Berrigan, 40, of State College, is charged with two counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, one count of conspiracy and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.
Nicholas Girton, 28, of State College, is charged with three counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, one count of conspiracy and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.
Amanda Horner, 29, of State College, is charged with charged with one count of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, one count of conspiracy and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.
Kendra Spring, 46, of Pleasant Gap, is charged with one count of conspiracy and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.
Tiffany Malloy, 21, of New York City, is charged with six counts of manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, one count of conspiracy and one count of criminal use of a communication facility, according to court documents.
Malloy is the only case that is listed as “inactive,” and a preliminary hearing has not been set, according to court documents.
All of the other individuals are listed as “active,” and their preliminary hearings are set 8:30 a.m. on March 13 at the Centre County Courthouse in Bellefonte, according to court documents.
