The Bible is a reliable source, should not be criticized

I have been saddened by the recent letters I have seen calling Christians racist, saying they are bullies, and calling the Bible a fraud.

I am going to bring actual facts to the discussion, not opinions. The main point I want to bring up is how reliable the Bible is.

Many people don’t give the Bible a chance because they don’t believe in God. They just throw it aside as fiction and don’t look at the evidence.

If you step back and view the evidence it is truly amazing the reliability of the Bible. There are numerous archeological finds of cities and people in the Bible.

The Hittites, a group in the Bible, were not even discovered until the late 19th century.

Most people before that said they didn’t exist, and the writers of the Bible made them up.

The Bible has been used to find archeological sites from locations in it.

The details are so specific in the Bible that it is hard to imagine it was made up, and those details have been shown to be exactly right in the archeological finds. So much evidence has been found about Jesus that it is almost fact that he was on this earth. The only question is if he rose from the grave.

There are so many more things I could go into detail on but I am limited on space. So before you go calling the Bible mythology, look at the evidence and then make your decision.
