I am a Penn State alumnus that knows that my alma mater was targeted by the NCAA and jealous universities.
It is unfair that the NCAA selectively dispensed “justice” against a university that has yet to commit one major NCAA infraction when it does not punish other universities that violate actual rules. The governor should not withdraw his lawsuit, but put the NCAA on trial for overreaching their authority.
