A 22-year-old man was sentenced Thursday to serve 90 days to 23 1/2 months in prison following a guilty plea of aggravated assault of a police officer- — a second-degree felony — according to a press release issued by the Centre County District Attorney’s office.
On June 6, 2012, Kevin Rickert , of Lancaster , was observed by police walking naked on East College Avenue, according to the release. When approached by police, Rickert yelled obscenities and charged at one officer, who suffered some minor injuries, according to the release.
Rickert later told that court that he was under the influence of LSD and did not remember the incident, according to the release.
