State College Police arrested a man who entered two apartments while naked and began masturbating early Tuesday morning , according to a release issued by the State College Police Department.
Chase M. Carmody, 21, of San Diego, Ca., was caught by police in the underground garage of The Palmerton apartment building after he had confronted two females in two different apartments at The Palmerton, 316 W. Beaver Ave., according to the release.
Carmody went into one female’s bedroom and began masturbating, according to the release. He also entered another apartment where he stood nude in front of a woman in her living room and fled when confronted, according to the release.
Police responded at about 1:03 a.m. and chased him until he was taken into custody.
Carmody was charged with burglary, criminal trespass, indecent exposure, and open lewdness and was taken to the Centre County Central Booking Center for arraignment, according to the release.
