Penn State Police are investigating an incident in which $3,700 worth of construction equipment was stolen during winter break at a construction site north of Nittany Apartments, according to a release issued by Centre County Crimestoppers.
A generator was stolen, along with other non-specific construction equipment totaling almost $4,000, according to the release.
The incident occurred sometime between 3:30 p.m. on Dec. 21 and 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 24, according to the release.
Police are asking that anyone with information regarding the incident to contact them at 814-863-1111 or Centre County Crimestoppers at 1-877-99-CRIME. Callers may remain anonymous or may visit the Penn State University Police Silent Witness website at police.psu.edu/witness.
Police could not be reached for additional information by press time Monday.
