Corbett's efforts should not be on NCAA sanctions

I find it regrettable that, at a time in which he has so much unfinished business with which to deal, Governor Tom Corbett would expend a great deal of effort, staff hours and resources to a Commonwealth lawsuit against the NCAA in an effort to remove penalties that the university accepted and which have already begun to be implemented. Corbett is a well-intentioned individual in many respects, but in this instance, he is off-base.
