The owner of Dragon Chasers Emporium, formerly at 115 S. Fraser St., was charged Tuesday with 44 counts of corrupt organizations, dealing with proceeds of unlawful activities, possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance, according to a press release issued by Pennsylvania State Police.
John O’Keefe, 48, of Frackville, was charged after police made numerous controlled purchases of synthetic marijuana and other synthetic substances from August 2011 through February 2012 in Centre County, Berks County and Schuykill County, according to the release.
Police seized $916,982 from the State College bank that O’Keefe used to deposit the money he made at Dragon Chasers, according to the release.
Police also seized $1,686,903 from banks in Berks County and Schuykill County, according to the release.
