The State College Police Department expects to file charges against multiple people in relation to the incident involving a Penn State cheerleader who fell 39 feet from a Calder Commons apartment window the night of Oct. 13, State College Police Chief Tom King wrote in an email Thursday.
King said that police plan to charge multiple people with furnishing alcohol to minors at the apartment where Paige Raque, 19, of Louisville, Ky., fell out of the window. King said the investigation is not finished.
King said the fall is still deemed accidental.
Police began investigating in early November whether Raque was served alcohol the night of her fall. Police were granted a warrant to examine Raque's blood alcohol content test results the night she was treated at Mount Nittany Medical Center for head trauma and other injuries.
