The State College Police Department is looking for a missing 14-year-old male that was last seen yesterday around 10:30 p.m., according to a release issued by the State College Police Department.
The male, Ryan Scott Williams, is a white male who is 5 feet 9 inches tall, approximately 130 pounds and has blue eyes and blond hair, according to the release. Williams, along with his bicycle, was discovered missing from his residence around 6:30 a.m. today, according to the release.
Williams did not attend school today, according to the release.
