Kathleen Kane should be able to give her legal opinion on the Freeh Report

It is my contention that Penn State President Rodney Erickson represented the office of Pennsylvania Attorney General and not the interests of the university with the acceptance of the football sanctions.

I hope that the Pennsylvania Attorney General allows Kathleen Kane to review the the Freeh Report and render her legal opinion on the merit of the report.

If she, too, believes the Freeh Report was a flawed document based on conjecture and not based on facts — and that the NCAA should never have based any sanctions on that report — then the NCAA president should consider suspending the remaining sanctions imposed on the university.

With Penn State defeat of Wisconsin on Saturday they should be playing in the Big Ten

Championship game with a chance to go to the Rose Bowl, without these sanctions imposed by the NCAA.
