Kathleen Kane has chance to scout out the truth

Now that Democrat candidate Kathleen Kane was elected as the new Attorney General, I hope that Kane will immediately review the charges filed against the three Penn State administrators and dismiss the charges against them as politically motivated.

I hope Kane also appeals to the NCAA President Mark Emmert to reconsider the sanctions imposed on Penn State.

I also appeal to the newly elected attorney general to investigate possible collusion between the attorney general and Gov. Tom Corbett’s offices and Penn State President Rodney Erickson, that resulted in decisions that, I think, were in the interest of the attorney general and governor. I don’t think these decisions were in the best interests of the university.

I believe there was a conspiracy in Pennsylvania, but it did not occur on the Penn State campus and did not involve the three Penn State administrators involved in the current “Conspiracy of Silence.”

I do however believe the Penn State administrators made an error in judgement, in that they did not believe Jerry Sandusky was abusing children.

Now that there is a new attorney general in this state, I am hopeful that these men receive a fair review of their charges and that the university’s reputation of “Success With Honor” is reaffirmed.
