THON shouldn't hold canning weekend for this weekend

First off, after Superstorm Sandy, going to New Jersey is probably not the safest right now. This storm happened very recently. Secondly, who is going to donate when people need to worry about food, power, gas and insurance?

Not too many people. Also, getting gas in New Jersey is a huge problem, as people can only get gas on odd or even days depending on license plates — not to mention they have to wait for a long time.

So, because of all of these reasons, the canning weekend should just simply be postponed. We don’t need to cancel it, but we should be sensitive to issues going on right now.
