The State College Police Department is investigating whether alcohol played a part in the incident relating to the Penn State cheerleader who fell 39 feet out of a Calder Commons apartment window on Oct. 13, according to court documents.
Police have issued a warrant on all medical records pertaining to the blood alcohol content test results after Paige Raque, 19, was taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center after the fall, according to court documents. Police are seeking the records for a possible violation of furnishing alcohol to minors, according to court documents.
Raque sustained head trauma from the fall, but was transferred to rehabilitation Wednesday and can now move all of her limbs.
Police have said the incident was deemed accidental but it is still under investigation, as previously reported.
