Doesn’t this mean that the NCAA should be slamming the University of Pennsylvania concerning the Scott Ward case?
Scott Ward was sentenced to 25 years in regards to having child pornography, according to CBS news. He tried to pursue young boys for the purposes of sexual encounters and pornographic videos. according to CBS news. Yet, the NCAA didn’t come down as hard on University of Pennsylvania. Emmert is a combination of a dangerous autocrat and Bozo the Clown.
