A total of six ordinance violations were recorded Tuesday night between the hours of 10:30 and 11:45 p.m. near Levels Nightclub, 420 E. College Ave.,, the State College Police Department said.
The six people who received violations received them for public intoxication, Minor’s Law violations and false identification law violations, police said. One male was cited for public drunkenness and resisting arrest outside of Levels at 11:23 p.m. and, as a result, had to be taken to Mount Nittany Medical Center for treatment, police said.
Charges against the male are pending, police said.
One woman was found outside Levels, vomiting on her own feet, while another woman was found feet away passed out on the sidewalk, police said.
Police could not comment if any of the individuals involved are Penn State students.
Levels received the final violations of the night for breaking a noise ordinance, police said.
Levels Nightclub could not be reached for comment as of press time Wednesday.
