President Rodney Erickson should resign from his current position

I ask for the immediate resignation of Penn State President Rodney Erickson.

I believe his actions alone caused more damage to the reputation of the university, students, alumni and Joe Paterno.

I don’t think that Erickson was acting as an agent of the university, but as an agent of the state attorney general and governor. This has opened up my Alma Mater to liabilities.

I think his actions allowed Louis Freeh to perform what I see as a bogus investigation that only told one side of the story.

And I think that it inevitably resulted in the NCAA sanctions.

How in the world is he still the president of Penn State after that happened?

I believe the attorney general doesn’t have much of a case against either athletic director Tim Curley and vice president of finance Gary Schultz.

I think charges may be thrown out against them.

Erickson should pay those lawsuits because he placed the university in that situation.

Resign, Erickson.
