A Penn State employee said he or she was raped by a known person on campus, according to the University Police and Fire Daily Activity Log.
This is the second sexual assault reported to Penn State Police this week. A student told police a known man sexually assaulted her Sunday in the East Halls area, Penn State Police Chief Tyrone Parham said earlier this week.
The incident was reported Wednesday at about 1:15 p.m. and occurred in an unknown residence hall, according to the log. The exact time of the incident, listed as a forcible rape on the log, was not specified. The log did not specify the gender of either the employee or the other person involved, nor did it specify whether the other person involved is affiliated with Penn State.
Calls to Penn State Police Chief Tyrone Parham for additional information were not returned by press time Thursday.
