Jerry Sandusky and his attorney Joe Amendola were at the Centre County courthouse in Bellefonte today to attend a meeting with prosecutors and Senior Judge John Cleland.
At about 6 p.m. Tuesday, Joe McGettigan and other prosecutors exited the courthouse, followed by Sandusky, Amendola and Cleland. All parties declined to comment. Cleland issued a gag order in April barring everyone involved from making public comments about the case.
The final pre-trial hearing to address any unresolved issues in the case is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in Courtroom 1 at the Centre County Courthouse.
Sandusky, a former Penn State defensive coordinator, is charged with 52 counts of child sex abuse. Jury selection for his trial is scheduled to begin June 5.
