A masked man indecently exposed himself to a female student at about 9:30 p.m. Monday in a Hiester Hall restroom, police said.
The male was described by Penn State Police as having dark hair, light skin and was wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
Police were called to the scene about 30 minutes after the incident occurred, police said.
The man had fled the area, police said.
Police searched the building and surrounding areas but did not find anyone they were looking for, police said.
Police did not release the exact location of the incident in Hiester Hall because the investigation is ongoing.
