The three men charged in connection to an armed burglary committed last Wednesday waived their right to a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Maksim Illarionov, 21, of State College; Dmitriy Litvinov, 23, of Boalsburg; and Alexei Semionov, 28, of Brooklyn, were arrested March 3, after police say the men conspired to rob a local business and later worked together to break into two State College homes with guns, according to court documents.
State College police said they cannot confirm that the three men were involved in other recent armed burglaries in the area.
At the courthouse, the attorneys for all three declined to comment. With preliminary hearings waived, all three men will face trial in the coming months.
