Penn State sophomore Whitney Bencsko hyper-extended her knee during her routine on the uneven bars during Saturday night's meet against Ohio State. Bencsko did not perform the remaining three events after the injury.
The extent of Bencsko's injury is unknown at this time. The All-American hopes to see a doctor and undergo an MRI Monday, but Penn State coach Steve Shephard described the fall, which occurred on the landing, as "pretty ugly."
