Police: Man punched woman, 17, in face
An unknown male punched a 17-year-old woman in the face Wednesday on the corner of Prospect Avenue and Burrowes Street, the State College Police Department said.
Police said a young male exited a yellow pick-up truck, struck the woman, re-entered the truck and then fled the scene. The woman, who sustained a nosebleed and other minor injuries, reported the assault at 3:54 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
