Swift returns home with performance at BJC

Taylor Swift returned home to Pennsylvania when her Fearless Tour made a stop at a sold out show at the Bryce Jordan Center (BJC) Saturday.

"It sure feels good to be back in my home state of Pennsylvania," Swift said, adding this state was the place she learned how to burn ex-boyfriends' pictures, how to believe in love stories and how to still feel accepted even if she wasn't popular in school.

Opening with "You Belong with Me," Swift rose up through the stage wearing drum major garb. Cheerleader dancers ripped off her outfit to reveal a shiny silver dress.

Swift also made her way over to the top of the BJC during a set change and hugged fans on the way back down to the floor after singing "Hey Stephen," even giving a lucky male fan a peck on the cheek.

Taylor then played an acoustic set in the center of the venue, playing songs such as "Fifteen," and "Tim McGraw."

Swift made her way back to the main stage and seemed awestruck when she looked out at fans holding up glowsticks and cell phones.

"When I was a girl growing up here," Swift said, "I would always dream of things like that," referring to the colorful display infront of her.

The set was changed to look like a castle, and dancers entered wearing 16th century-style costumes for "Love Story."Swift, entering with a similar costume dress, was later revealed wearing the white dress from the music video to the song underneath.

Swift's set list included other hits such as "Our Song," "Fifteen," and "Love Story." Swift also performed a cover of Justin Timberlake's "What Goes Around.../...Comes Around" later in the set.

To end the show, Swift performed "Should Have Said No," complete with a waterfall effect that displayed the lyrics.
