Man to be cited in Rt. 322 accident

A Penn State student was released from the hospital Monday after a Saturday night car accident, Altoona Hospital officials said.

David M. DeIuliis was traveling west on Route 322 in Rush Township when he passed another vehicle in the eastbound lane, Pennsylvania State Police said.

He then swerved back into the westbound lane and lost control of the car, fishtailing back into the eastbound lane, police said.

The silver 1997 Toyota Camry rolled over multiple times and DeIuliis was ejected from the vehicle, which landed on top of him, police said. He will be served multiple traffic citations, police said.
