I am visiting the University Park campus. The other day, I was enjoying a quiet lunch outside the HUB entrance, soaking up some sun. Suddenly, a guy started shouting his religious beliefs. It was so loud and disturbing that I and a few others had to leave the spot.
I am a bit puzzled. How, in the name of freedom of speech, can a loudmouth be allowed to disturb peace and affect so many?
Can't the university issue a policy that views should be expressed in written form and not shouting?
