Buie verbals to PSU following win

NEW YORK - Penn State's biggest victory may have come off the court Thursday night, as Taran Buie verbally committed to play for the Nittany Lions following their National Invitation Tournament win over Baylor.

Buie's mother, Denise Murphy confirmed the news after the game.

Buie, best known as Talor Battle's younger brother, is a combo guard who just finished his junior season at Bishop Maginn in New York.

He is rated as Scout.com's No. 17 shooting guard prospect for the Class of 2010.
