n Hit and Run: State College Police said Penn State student Jongmin Lee, 19, was hit by a white Dodge truck Tuesday at about 8 p.m. on East College Avenue. Lee reported pain in his left arm and knee but did not require hospital care, police said. The driver, Salvatore Scavone, of Orbisonia, was charged with an accident involving personal injury, police said.

n Theft: A $1,600 laptop and handbag including $40 and an iPod were reported missing at 2:04 p.m. Wednesday, police said. The items were taken from 230 E. Foster Ave. and police said they may have a suspect.

n Theft: A 13-inch MacBook laptop, valued at $1,478, was taken at 4:48 p.m. Tuesday from 334 W. Nittany Ave., police said. There are no suspects, police said.
