Police are investigating a possible incident of fraud that occurred at Kish Bank, 1961 S. Atherton St., on July 1, the State College Police Department said. The suspect opened a checking account at the bank's State College branch and deposited $13,000, police said, and later tried to withdraw $7,500 from the bank's Mifflin County branch. The investigation is ongoing.
