Charges against one alleged participant in the Mifflin Streak were dropped Wednesday, a court official said.
Daniel Mozer (sophomore-division of undergraduate studies) faced charges of open lewdness and disorderly conduct after police said he joined at least six other students in the finals week tradition of running naked down Mifflin Road, according to Collegian archives.
Mozer and Elizabeth Burke (sophomore-liberal arts) were the only two alleged streakers to contest their charges. Other students, such as Jeffrey Gesner (senior-aerospace engineering), will take part in an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition program in order to expunge their records, according to Collegian archives.
