Students without tickets are as unhappy as in '07

After last year's fiasco sellout in 59 minutes, I thought the new system looked to be a definite improvement. However, I know am not the only one who logged in Tuesday morning at the second the computer clock turned to 7 a.m. and was not able to successfully get tickets or even a shirt. I can't believe that after attending every home football game for the past two years, I will now have to buy tickets from someone by taking a tab off a flyer, or from someone the day of the game. I really hoped the new system was going to be the new effective way for Penn State to sell tickets, but I know based on the numbers that I am just one of about half of the pre-registered students who did not receive football tickets.
