Disorderly Conduct: Individuals were seen throwing jungle juice at a surveillance camera in a hallway of University Gateway, 616 E. College Ave., at about 10 a.m. Tuesday, the State College Police Department said. Police added that they have a suspect in the incident.
Disorderly Conduct: An individual was reported to be caught on surveillance camera bringing construction cones into The Collegian, 217 S. Atherton St., at about 9:40 a.m. Tuesday, police said. The cones were recovered and the individual was identified and will be charged, police said.
