Chelsea Clinton, daughter of Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., will be in State College Thursday, said Emily Cain, a spokeswoman for the Clinton campaign in Pennsylvania.

Chelsea Clinton will arrive in State College at about 5:00 p.m. Thursday and will speak to students on the HUB lawn, Cain said.
